The new SIG Sauer KILO6K-HD Compact Ballistic Rangefinding Binocular is capable of ranging on big game animals out to 2,500 yards and reflective targets out to a whopping 6,000 yards.

Welcome to TFB Weekly Web Deals 9. This week we’re going to talk about some precision shooting gear. Long-range shooting is a new discipline I’ve been taking up and last week I had the opportunity to attend a long-range precision shooting and reloading course that was really eye-opening. That being said, over the years, I’ve gathered a lot of recommendations for gear, firearms, and accessories that all seem to be favored by a good number of professional long-range shooters. So this week we’ll be checking out that gear as well as some other gear I’ve come to love over the years that are perfect for long-range precision shooting.

X-Vision Optics is a Minnesota-based company that focuses on providing customers with infrared night vision devices for hunting. The X-Vision Optics XANR100 Night Vision Rangefinder combines a number of technologies and features to give the customer a capable, convenient, and affordable method for extending their night-time shooting capabilities. Like the rest of X-Vision’s night vision optics, the XANR100 Night Vision Rangefinder comes with a built-in IR Cutter for illuminating targets at distances of up to 150 yards.

Rangefinders have come a long way since their initial commercial release (in affordable formats) and we continue to see more and more features packed into these tiny little ranging devices. SIG Sauer and BaseMap have partnered up to bring customers one of the biggest innovations to the rangefinder market with the ability to mark ranged locations via BaseMap’s Remote Marker Technology.

Although Nikon has recently stepped out of the arena of riflescopes, they are still hard at work developing new additions to their other sporting optics. Nikon just announced the introduction of their Laser 50 and Laser 30 rangefinders. The new Laser 50 boasts an operational range of out to 2,000 yards with a 0.3 second read back time on measurements with the Laser 30 being a slightly less capable version measuring out to 1,600 yards.
