Photo Of The Day and we go to a snow-covered Russia to look for an operator of the 9K111 Fagot wire-guided anti-tank missile system as well as snipers. The 9K111 can be used either from ground or vehicle mounts. The units are from the special forces of the air defense in the Pskov region.

While doing a research for another article I came across a set of photos taken during live firing exercises of Russian Ground Forces’ snipers in Alabino proving grounds. Reportedly, the images are taken in December 2017. Let’s take a look at them and discuss the most interesting aspects.

Seriously. I have a new favorite show to follow. It is a Russian show called the “Proving Ground” (english name obviously), and is subtitled. In the episode I was directed to, they review a couple of weapons. The KORD machine gun and the ASVK 6S8 sniper rifle.
