TFB Review: AMERIGLO Haven Red Dot Sight

Several weeks ago I was invited out to an event in Texas hosted at the G2 Ranch by AMERIGLO. Although details were pretty light coming into the event, over the course of a week, myself and other members of the firearms media were treated to the opportunity to test out the new AMERIGLO Haven Red Dot sight. The AMERIGLO Haven is the company’s first venture into the electro-optics market and today I’ll share my experiences with you with the AMERIGLO Haven and what I think it does differently than other red dots currently on the market.

Friday Night Lights: Using AMERIGLO Tritium Iron Sights To Shoot Passive Under NODs

I don’t normally use iron sights. Not when I can mount a red dot. But AMERIGLO offered up some of their iron sights for review and I opted for the AMERIGLO Tritium MBUS Pro front sight as well as optic height compatible tritium sights for my Glock 19X. Normally tritium and night vision do not go well with each other but you can use them and I will share with you how. The Friday Night Lights, this series is sponsored by ATN Corp, manufacturers of night vision and thermal optics like the THOR LT. As with all of our sponsored series, Friday Night Lights will continue to bring you unbiased news and reviews from a variety of companies.

Meet the new AMERIGLO Haven Pistol Red Dot Sight

A couple of months back I was invited out to an event hosted by AMERIGLO in which they revealed the company’s first-ever red dot sight. The AMERIGLO Haven is the first pistol-mounted red dot to be offered by the company as they move towards specializing in concealed carry and self-defense-oriented products. AMERIGLO has said that their number one priority with the Haven is to provide the end-user with a concealable or everyday carry capable red dot sight that can be used to defend oneself and comes with a number of features and options that make it a turn-key solution for those who are looking to make the switch from iron sights to a red dot sight.

TFB Review: AMERIGLO Ghost Ring Pistol Sights

Ghost ring sights are something I’ve always been curious about but never actually had the chance to mess around with – that is until recently when AMERIGLO sent me a pair of Glock Ghost Ring Sights that were compatible with the Glock 17/19 platform. I picked these particular sights as I don’t see them quite often and I was honestly morbidly curious if they offered any significant advantages or disadvantages over traditional three-dot or notch and post sights. For reference, I picked a pair of AMERIGLO GL-325 Ghost Ring Sights and used them on a Glock 19 Gen 4 pistol.

Review: AmeriGlo Hackathorn Glock Night Sights

The same day that I bought myself a brand new Glock 19, I drove straight to a gunshop that had a set of the Ameriglo Hackathorn sights in stock and had them installed right then. One of the points of contention I have with the factory Glock sights is that I have seen some that were able to be pushed out of the slide by hand.
