POTD: FN SCAR-H PR & Heckler & Koch HK416F
Photo Of The Day - When we see the Heckler & Koch HK416F and the FN SCAR-H PR together we know we’re in France!
The caption from the 35e régiment d'infanterie reads (once machine-translated):
“- support company -
This week, the SRRI of the 35th Infantry Regiment inaugurated the first SRRI evaluation window developed by the training and evaluation detachment (DEE) in Larzac. It reaches level 5 (maximum level) with more than 90% of objectives destroyed during the night phase.
Congratulations to them for their hard work and excellent result!”
Below: The FN SCAR-H PR uses the Schmidt & Bender 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot Dual CC, an excellent choice for a DMR type of rifle. Depending on the task, I wouldn’t mind a riflescope with an even larger magnification. But there are snipers with a job to do as well.
Machine guns and precision rifles working together.
Below: This is my kind of shooting range. Looks absolutely fabulous! The only problem is that it’s not mine, but at least I know some French. It’s a start, isn’t it?
