In the latest developments at the SHOT Show 2024, American Technologies Network (ATN) seems to have wowed the audience with a glimpse at their new thermal clip-on scope. Known as the Tico LT, this device has drawn many eyes among the community of both amateur and professional shooters.

ATN is no new name in the world of thermal and night vision device manufacturing, and with the introduction of Tico LT, they further validate their reputation in the industry. The Tico LT is an innovative modification of an already existing technology. It is closely modeled after the ATN Thor optic but with a distinct twist – it’s been turned into a clip-on.

The demonstration of the Tico LT at the show exhibited its adaptability with multiple mounting options. The showcased prototypes were seen fitted on a traditional scope with an objective lens mount as well as on a Picatinny mount coupled with an ACOG.

However, the product is still in the final stages of prototyping, and deliveries are not expected to commence until the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2024. The awaited device is anticipated to fall into the price bracket of $2,000 to $4,000, the final cost being subject to the sensor of choice.

As for the power source of the Tico LT, it is designed to operate on an 18650 rechargeable battery. This power option confirms the device’s stand on being pragmatic and user-friendly, whereas the diverse price range makes it accessible to different segments of the market.

This is not the first time ATN has impressed with their novelties, and if the enthusiasm around the latest Tico LT is anything to go by, it certainly wouldn’t be the last.
