The ThumpR is the special edition version of the Gunwerks ClymR rifle that we talked about earlier. This rifle is also a limited edition one specifically made for the Christmas of 2018. It is marketed as a rifle for the entire family. Thanks to the accessories it comes with it is possible to configure the rifle to fit pretty much any shooter and a variety of applications.

The ThumpR rifle comes with two stocks and two bottom metal options – magazine fed and hinged floorplate. The two stocks and two bottom metals make four possible configurations. The second stock of this rifle has a shorter length of pull designed to better fit young or smaller framed shooters. The 6mm Creedmoor cartridge is also chosen to provide a light recoiling yet quite a capable hunting rig.

ThumpR is also quite a lightweight rifle thanks to the titanium GLR action, the relatively short 16.5″ carbon fiber wrapped barrel and lightweight ClymR stocks. The overall weight of the rifle is 8.4 lbs. It should slightly vary depending on the configuration.

The ThumpR rifle is equipped with a Nightforce ATACR F2 4-16×50 scope which is upgraded with custom ballistic turrets. The company claims that the ThumpR is a 1,000-yard ready system out of the box. The rifle also comes with one box magazine and a waterproof hard case. The barrel of this rifle is threaded with 5/8×24 thread pitch and comes with a thread protector.
