Hornady has recently been awarded an FBI Service Ammunition Contract for 9mm+P rounds. This is the 2nd contract that they have secured with the FBI in the last 2 years. The first being for their Critical Duty .40 S&W 175 Grain Flexlock ammunition in 2017. This newly acquired contract is for Critical Duty 9mm+P 135 Grain Flexlock.
The newest contract is under the agreement terms of Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Also agreed upon within the contract, aside from the Critical Duty service ammunition, are training and frangible ammunition as well.
