With red dot sights becoming more and more common on handguns quite a few companies have come up with solutions to add a red dot like the Trijicon RMR to a pistol without spending money sending your slide to a gunsmith to have it milled. The latest one to come to market is the Raven Concealment Balor Mount.
Victory First posted some photos on Facebook of the new mount and covered some very basic information. The new mount system is said to install in under 10 minutes with a punch and a hammer. No word on price yet, but given Raven Concealment’s price structure on the existing products I expect it to be affordable for those that are looking for a premium RMR mount for their Glock.
The coolest feature spied in the photos is an integrated backup sight system similar to XS Big Dot sights without the valley rear sight. Keep a lookout on Raven Concealment’s website for more information.
