Hazard4 – one of my favorite gear makers (I use a Hazard4 “M.O.D.” briefcase for work every day) – had a fairly large display of their Cordura gear, accessories, bags, and packs.
Hazard4 did unveil three new products for SHOT. So new, in fact, that they had not even seen two of them in finished form until they were delivered to SHOT: First, the Loadmaster; a massive rolling duffel with tie-downs. Hazard4 said that they had a lot of customer feedback asking for a larger duffel like the Loadmaster, and Hazard4 delivered this at SHOT. Second, Hazard4 brought their first dedicated double rifle bag, with two separate compartments on either side of the bag (i.e. a separate, zippered compartment for each rifle in the bag). The bag contains complete mag pouches and internal MOLLE, and some utility pouches on the exterior. One side of the bag has a tight-pile velcro-loop side on the interior for attaching velcro accessories. The other side has a nylon slickside interior that is more durable than the velcro loop interior and might come in handy for storing a gun with sharp or abrasive components that might otherwise wear a velcro loop surface. See photos below.
Finally, Hazard4 was displaying a tactical fanny pack of sorts, which will no doubt be welcomed by the tactical fanny pack enthusiasts out there (you know who you are).
