Zev Tech Mounts Leupold Deltapoint Pro Like A Pro

Zev Technologies mounted the new Leupold Deltapoint Pro red dot on one of their Glocks. Some pictures of the Deltapoint Pro show an optional integrated rear BUIS. Zev Tech has answered the question of “how does the rear sight fit and work when mounted on a pistol?”. It appears the whole slide is machined away. Of course with money you can customize anything to fit that optic. I am curious how the rear irons work on a pre-milled slide like the FNX-45 Tactical, M&P CORE, or the new optics ready Glocks coming out. Hopefully my questions will be answered next week at SHOT SHOW 2015.

Doesn’t look like the BUIS will co-witness . . . the rear looks too low unlike a TAC-45 with it’s raised sights to both co-witness and see over the top of a can.

I think that is the angle at which the picture was taken. The Deltapoint pro is definitely high on my list of things to check out next week at SHOT SHOW.

    • Looks plenty high enough to co-witness to me. It’s not gonna be absolute co-witness, of course, but good enough for a backup.

My biggest question is what holster options are going to be available for this? I know there are currently options from Safariland and a few others for RMR mounted slides, but I haven’t seen much for the Deltapoints- especially with some sort of retention.
