    Why no double stack?

1911 guys you need to embrace the doublestack 1911. You can’t let the Glock guys bully you anymore with their doublestack goodness.

As somebody that has a love/hate relationship with 1911s I can say Sti makes a pretty nice one. And if these pistols are as high quality as their other pistols then $1,384.00 is a fair price. Has the 1911 been done to death? Yes, but Sti makes one of the best.

The 4.0 9mm model looks pretty cool. I’m just glad that they have that specific configuration, as I’d be likely to get that kind. Wish the pricetag were lower though. The street price will be lower, hopefully

1911’s come in 45 ACP! 9mm is for Hi Powers! You whippersnappers need to get off my lawn!

  • Kendal Black

Wow, make the 1911 weigh less by making the frame of aluminum. Why didn’t anyone think of that before?

Just one mag? In this day and age…moreover, that price point? A bit early for an April Fool’s joke, STI!
