The Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot in West Point, Kentucky is a machine gun fan’s dream come true. Not only do you get to watch a good number of machine guns going off, if you’ve got the cash then you can come to the firing line and have at it. I didn’t catch the price, but this ain’t cheap!

You should take a “duece” on your spellchecker.

    • lol, thanks iPhone auto-correct fail, thanks.

      Updated. Thank you, El Duderino.

No sweat. Not nearly as common a mistake as “guage”.

A couple of other common misspellings and grammatical / syntax errors :

          1. “Muzzle break” instead of “muzzle brake”

          2. “Your” instead of “you’re”.

A lot of people misspell “magazine” with “clip” for some strange reason… 🙂

          • DiverEngrSL17K

You just reminded me……apart from being unable to correctly distinguish what technically constitutes a magazine and what constitutes a clip, I hear a lot of people ( usually non-gun owners ) referring to so-called “magazine clips”.

          • lol, at least with “magazine clip” they will always be 50% correct, instead of 0%.

            True! :):):)!

One of my life goals is to mount a Class 3 MG on my Suburban. :3c

M-2HBs were all sorts of fun, when Uncle Sugar was buying my ammo. Getting up at 0400 to push a platoon put a price on the fun. Geoff Whose lottery list includes the quad 50’s and 100 RPGun.

I used to go with friends that had a slot on the line. We were nice enough to let random people in when it was slow. Most just wanted to shoot the Barrett and have pictures taken with it. Ah the sheer joy in someones eyes when they fire off a mag from the HK53.

Still one of my favorite HMG’s of all time, and with good reason.
