@jdun1911: I think its because instapundit links to Volokh. I actually only see volokh articles when its been insta-linked so that could be the reason. (Mainly ‘cos I’m lazy I guess)

Volokh.com has more gun related laws than Instapundit and it run by real well known constitutional law professors.
