I have confirmation from my friend that yes, he was shooting a heavy machinegun at this range when he was stationed in Kosovo.

I have a friend from Finland who showed me video of him being trained on an NSV machinegun (12.7x108mm caliber) on a Pasi APC, while he was in Kosovo. The range looked something like this. I wonder if it’s the same place.
