Firing that rusted revolver
Remember that rusted old revolver that was found buried next to the Colorado River? The guy who found it took it to the range (skip to 3:46 to see it being fired)...

He should probably have waited a lot longer to approach the gun when it didn’t fire, and then seeing the dented primer that should have been a big warning to step back.
