James found a webpage showing the wooden replicas made by Robert A. Talbot. They are amazing. They are made to scale
and “work” like the real thing. The only parts not made of wood appear to be parts that would be too weak.

This would be classified “prohibited device” in Canada. Same category as silencers and shark darts, IIRC.
