B.E. Meyers & Co. has been awarded a contract exceeding $5,000,000 by the U.S. Special Operations Command for the Miniature Aiming Laser - Ultra High Power (MAL-UHP) program. The MAL-UHP is built on the company’s DAGIR Multi-Platform Advanced Laser System platform. While USSOCOM selected the DAGIR-V1 for the Squad Aiming Laser - Ultra High Power (SAL-UHP) program in the fall of 2024, the MAL-UHP uses the DAGIR-V2. The DAGIR-V2 retains the same capabilities as the SAL-UHP, but adds a dedicated visible-laser override button for immediate visible-laser use without mode switching.

United States Special Operations Command have kickstarted their Lightweight Machine Gun-Assault (LMG-A) program with the announcement of an Industry Day to be held in November.
