During TFB Gunfest last week, Jon Canipe of Magpul brought out a smorgasbord of new Magpul goodies. There was one item he did not have on hand but he was gracious enough to let us in on the secret. Since the news is out: Magpul is bringing back the FMG-9 with the help of Zev Technologies. It will be called the FDC-9 and FDP-9.

A very talented builder over at AR15.com is constructing his very own Magpul Folding Machine Gun (FMG9). Using an airsoft platform, a Glock slide, a nine inch barrel and a mill, “RDTCU” was able to build a fully functional PDW. I’ll let his details and pictures speak for themselves:

Check out the latest Magpul creation. It is a folding carbine. Similar to the Ares FMG and PP-90. It appears to use some glock parts uses the Glock action, magazines and laser systems.
