NATO recently shared a short video focused on Latvia’s Honour Guards. The video is part of NATO’s #WeAreNATO campaign that showcases units and roles in NATO member militaries, other recent videos have looked at a US combat photographer and a Portuguese jet pilot.
POTD: Mattis & the Afghan M14s
Last week US Secretary of Defense James Mattis paid an unannounced visit to Afghanstan. While there he met with the Afghan President Ashraf Ghani at the Afghan Presidential Office building in Kabul. During his visit he was met with a full honour guard presented by the Afghan National Army.
