It hardly seems possible – 20 years have passed since September 11, 2001. The imagery, the anger, the sadness, the loss, the feeling that everything would be different, still lingers to this day. As painful as it is, those memories are an important part of American history. Never forget how we lived before, during, and after 9/11/2001. Never forget how we changed, how the world changed, in the years that followed. Never forget how we were able to come together as a country, even in the face of extreme division. Never forget the lives that were lost and the friends and families who still grieve to this day.

Here at TFB we’d like to take a moment to honor the memory of those lost on September 11, 2001. It’s been 14 years since an act of terrorism took the lives of 2,977 Americans, and the memories are still fresh.
