DoctorKote makes FBI spec ballistics gelatin targets along with their CeraKote business. They have recently released two gelatin targets shaped like a Lego minifigure and Han Solo in Carbonite.

You can order these off their website. The Han Solo and the Lego minifigure are $35 but are only on pre-order at the moment. Their FBI spec gelatin block is $90 and ready to use right out of the box.

"FBI Certified Ballistic Gel Blocks"
How are they able to ship those efficiently? FBI/IWBA spec blocks are 10% organic ordnance gelatin and require refrigeration below 41 degrees and to be shot within 20 minutes after being removed from refrigeration.

  @J.T. The same way that everything these days seems to be "mil spec" and "aircraft grade." they are assuming people don't know and buy it because they market it right. The stuff's funny though, even if their claims are dubious, you could have fun with it.
