About a month ago we talked about the GeePlate handgun magazine baseplate. Back then there were only two models compatible with the G43 or G26/27/33/39 pistols. When that article was published the company was still designing a similar baseplate for the SIG P365. And recently, GeePlate published a press release announcing that not only the SIG P365 baseplate is now available for purchase but also identical products for the G29, G30, G30s as well as Springfield Armory XD-S pistols chambered in 9x19mm or .40S&W.

Aftermarket triggers like the Overwatch Precision D.A.T.V2 that I am currently reviewing have one of the highest cost to benefit ratios out of every possible gun upgrade (aside from more ammo). Depending on what gun you currently are modding you might be out of luck when looking for a trigger. Now those of you who own a Springfield Armory XD-S can choose the new BRZ trigger from Overwatch Precision if that is an upgrade you are eyeing.

When I first picked up the XD-S from my FFL, I felt like some sort of British spy getting kit issue from ”Q”. It came in a huge composite case, foam lined with cutouts. The package contained a holster, magazine holder, grip extender, alternate backstrap, two magazines, and the standard silly cable lock. Oh yeah, and a sub-compact .45 ACP Pistol.

CrossBreed holsters announced the company’s holsters designed for the XD-S 45 will also fit the XD-s 9mm.  This includes all of the company’s IWB and OWB rigs including the SuperTuck Deluxe.
