If you recall last year, Glock released two limited edition Glock watches – one for Europe and one for the US. They were limited to 4,000 units in Europe and just 3,500 units in the US. Well, now they are coming out with a new Glock Watch Global that comes in orange.

When you hear the words “luxury hunting firearms”, you probably first think about British gunmakers. Needless to say that Holland & Holland is one of the most known of these companies. Apparently,  F.P. Journe is like the Holland & Holland of watchmaking world in that both companies share a similar passion and pursuit of excellence in their crafts. That’s how Daryl Greatrex, the managing director of Holland & Holland, and Francois Paul Journe, the founder of F.P. Journe describe the similarity of their companies in the video embedded below.

Tactical flashlights worn on the wrist, known as wristlights by SureFire, have continued to develop since TFB first reported on them in 2013. At that time, the adornment was little more than a flashlight with a max output of 180 lumens with a steep initial price of $495. That particular light-only variant evolved significantly in both quality and consumer price – now seen on SureFire’s website for $169.

Artya is a watch manufacturing company. The reason why they are interesting for us is that they make a series of gun-themed watches called “Son of a Gun”. What is unique about them is that there are real rimfire cartridges (.22 BB Cap and .22 CB Cap) and bullets inside some of these watches. The company claims that these are the first watches ever to contain real bullets and cartridges. These series of watches are divided into several categories. Let’s take a brief look at these collections.

I understand T-Shirts, hats, and small (and inexpensive) swag, but this one came out of left field. Bravo Company USA has announced the release of a watch, coined the “BCM Mk15 Tritium Watch”.  Its truly “tacticool” using carbon fiber, tritium, and other fun materials.

Smith and Bradley, a rather novel young watch company, has put up its “Ambush” Digital/Analog watch on Kickstarter. The watch is inspired by the AR-15 with the two hands lining up like a sight picture 24 times a day.

CED and DAA collaborated and made a shot timer watch. It retails for $150.

Kit Up reports on a new $16,000 watch from Swiss watchmaker Breitling that incorporates a satellite distress beacon as well as a shorter-range homing beacon.
