Hello everyone and welcome back to another edition of The Rimfire Report! This ongoing series is all about the rimfire firearm world and its many different types of guns, ammunition, and shooting sports. Last week we took a closer look at the inside of the SIG Sauer P322 which I personally believe is one of the better 22LR semi-auto pistols to come out in recent memory. Today we’re taking a look at the newest factory iteration of Trailblazer Firearms’ LifeCard – this time featuring a factory-threaded barrel. A few weeks ago at Triggrcon 2022, James Reeves and I had a chance to shoot this new threaded LifeCard and while it was impressive enough on the range, it was kind of hard to hear just how effectively this particular handgun was as a suppressor host. Today we’ll be taking a look at the new life card to see what has changed about it compared to the standard Life Card, and also see what kind of rimfire mischief we can get into with this neat little firearm.

Ron and I met during TriggrCon 2022 where he and his team brought out the new threaded barrel LifeCard, as well as their new and unique Pivot 9mm foldable pistol caliber carbine. Today Ron and I discuss both of these new firearms, the founding and history of Trailblazer Firearms, and where Ron and his team hope to guide the company in the following years in terms of products, and iterations of current products that they have on their website already.

This is one for all of you who are into the whole backpack or survival rifle concept. Trailblazer Firearms, whom many of you know for creating the single-shot .22LR LifeCard pistol has just announced their newest offering – the Pack9. The Pack9 is a collapsable, lightweight 9mm pistol caliber carbine that uses a unique rotating stock to collapse itself into just 21-inches in OAL when folded. The new rifle is set to be made available to consumers beginning in the first quarter of 2022 and yes, it takes Glock mags. 

Trailblazer Firearms has introduced the .22 WMR version of their LifeCard folding single barrel single shot derringer. The first version of LifeCard pistol was introduced a little over a year ago and so far it was available in .22 LR only. This is a really compact and discreet little handgun. As the manufacturer states, it is “no bigger than a stack of credit cards“.

Trailblazer Firearms a new gun called the LifeCard. This new firearm is a single shot handgun chambered for the .22 LR. While many people would call it underpowered for any defensive use, the gun has a feature that might change a few minds: it folds in half.
