The Sinter: New 3D-Printed Suppressor from Radical Firearms
Texas-based Radical Firearms has grown over the years, from a hobby to a small retail store to a full-scope Title II NFA Gun Manufacturer. From their humble beginnings handling FFL transfers and assembling a small number of ARs, they now operate a full suite of CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment which allows them to produce all major firearms components in-house except for barrels, BCGs, stocks, and a few small parts like springs and pins. They source these remaining items from trusted partners specializing in those parts. Now Radical is introducing a new product: the Sinter suppressor.
Gunwerks THE CUT Lightweight Bolt Action Rifle
Skunkwerks, the special projects division of Gunwerks, came up with another limited-edition wonder rifle called The CUT. The goal of Skunkwerks engineers when creating The CUT was to design the lightest possible version of the Gunwerks ClymR rifle without compromising its strength and integrity. They extensively used lightweight materials and lightened/skeletonized parts, however, in Gunwerks’ own words, they cut material, not performance. Let’s take a closer look.
POTD: The TE-Titan Suppressors
When I saw these pictures of the TE-Titan Suppressors I thought these are like works of art, that could belong in an art museum. Until they appear there we’ll have to do with looking at them in our Photo Of The Day. These suppressors are Made in Norway, and the company that makes them have been doing parts for firearms since 2011, using 3D metal printing.

SIG's NEW 3D Printed Silencers: The SLH, SLX, and MOD-X

Holosun Announces HM3XT Titanium 3x Magnifier
Last year, TFB reported on Holosun’s entry into the flip-to-side magnifier game with the release of their HM3X Red Dot Magnifier. This unit featured built-in quick-detach and flip-to-side mechanisms, an adjustable diopter, included a spacer for compatibility with lower 1/3 or absolute cowitness setups, and was constructed with a lightweight aluminum body. At SHOT Show 2020 in January, Holosun showed off a new version, the HM3XT. The “T” tacked on to the end denoted that this magnifier would eschew the aluminum body for a beefier titanium one. Now with a July 17th press release, Holosun has announced that the HM3XT is nearly ready for market and will be available for purchase soon. The release reads:
NEW Dead Air Nomad Titanium Silencer Review at Thunder Ranch!
In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves reviews the all-titanium Dead Air Nomad Ti silencer/suppressor. First thing’s first: If you want to run this can on a 5.56mm/.223 rifle with shorter than a 12.5″ barrel OR on a full auto OR if you just like mag dumping, this is NOT the can for you. If you want ultra-lightweight performance for controlled fire from any rifle smaller than .300 Norma Mag…this may interest you. James runs the Dead Air Nomad Ti through the Punisher course at Thunder Ranch and reports the results. Check it out.
Magnum Research Offers Gallery of Guns Exclusive Desert Eagle
It’s again one of those times of the year when the Desert Eagle’s eggs hatch. Again, as per tradition, the livery of the newborns shows a certain degree of boldness. Overall, the black and gold combination we have here appears somewhat less aggressive than other options. Definitely, Magnum Research knows the tastes of its customer base, and our very own HGFC series shows that the OEM still has better judgment.
