Bergara Rifles is reporting that their new B-14 model is in high demand with the current shift in the gun market. What shift? The one where every retailer has put on their try hard pants and is doing their absolute best to move modern sporting rifles like the good ol’ days but are failing miserably.

HM Defense out of Ohio is announcing the release of their all new HM10 Monobloc rifle dubbed the AVENGER M308 … Yes, in all caps. For dramatic effect.

The Bergara B14 HMR is nothing short of an impressive collection of specs that will wow even the most discerning of buyer. In this episode of TFBTV, Patrick takes the B14 HMR out to the range with the intention of finding out if all of those specs come together as a well-rounded rifle that is capable of hanging with some of the high-quality custom builds that it resembles. Unfortunately, the wind did not want to play nice and Patrick’s range day didn’t quite go as planned.

Remington has released an image promising something new and special for 2013, but it seems they are keeping their cards close to the vest until SHOT Show. The image was sent out via email earlier today, and simply shows a five shot cloverleaf group along with some notations: .725 inches, 100 yards indoors, .30-06 Spring, and 165 grain CoreLokt. So far, internet scuttlebutt is speculating that the new rifle will be a long-action bolt gun with a sub-MOA guarantee. This makes sense because Savage guarantees their Axis line of bolt guns at 1 MOA and Weatherby is guaranteeing sub-MOA out of some Vanguard rifles through their “Range Certified” option.
