Today in Photo Of The Day we have a customized Grand Power Stribog SR9A3 Gen2 with a strange coat of paint from Stjernelund Custom Rifles. The sight is a Holosun HS507C-X2. Furthermore, this Stribog has a TK Game Changer Pro Comp and a Kriss USA hand stop. The barrel length is 7.5″ and the safety is from an AR15.

In the mount made by MDT, there is a Steiner Military 4-16×50 scope. To Cerakote the optics you go to 75C degrees only, and only if the customer approves it and takes all risks.

When more or less every riflescope mount is black, it’s time to be different. Therefore I wanted to create something unusual for my next project, so I asked my Cerakoter ( SCR.Nu) to replicate the colors of the Breitling Avenger 45 Night Mission on a Spuhr mount. I think it came out really well, but I understand this isn’t for everyone.

If you’re shooting long distances a bubble level is strongly recommended. It will help you keep your shooting platform at a horizontal level reducing the margin of error. Most of the scope mounts from Spuhr have a bubble level built-in at the bottom, shown towards the shooter. Due to its location, it can be a little difficult to spot where the bubble is, so Spuhr has developed a new version called the A-0119.
