Folders are great to keep as everyday carry knives due to their discreet nature and convenient size. However, for those that have jobs that require heavier duty knives or need something to take with them out in the field, a fixed blade is always the way to go. SOG Knives has just introduced their new Recondo FX fixed blade knife offered in both a straight edge and a partially serrated configuration.

Of course we all know that SIG SAUER is renowned for producing a host of fine firearms, but that’s not all they do. They augment their pistol and rifle offerings with a host of complimentary products. Many of these are directly gun-related, like optics, ammo, and suppressors. SIG has also previously offered some folding knives, which you can use to compliment your handgun and round out your everyday carry. Currently available knife options include two models from Kershaw, and one with Hogue that’s Legion-member eligible only.

Every year I am amazed to see what is unveiled at SHOT Show not only for the wicked firearms introduced but also the unique tools. No matter how many multi-tools or knives I own, manufacturers like SOG create something that makes me believe I need another one. So let’s take a look at SOG tools that will be rolling out brand new throughout 2018.
