Welcome back to another Friday Night Lights where I review night vision, thermal and related accessories. Last week we took a look at one of the latest digital night vision devices coming out of the commercial market from DuskEagle. Well, today we take a look at a thermal monocular that was seen used in the movie Sicario. Alejandro dons a FLIR RECON M24 thermal monocular near the end of the movie when they go into the tunnels. I got my hands on one so we can take a closer look at it.

In this fifth installment of Hollywood Night Vision Myths, we take a close look at some old movies like True Lies and Sicario. We also take a look at a relatively new foreign film called Troll on Netflix. So let’s take a look at these Hollywood Night Vision Myths.

Although Todd Brueckmann grew up hunting and shooting in rural Virginia, he didn’t set out to open a firearms manufacturing company. Luckily, another manufacturer has come forward with a design that should be both ultra quiet and easy to clean. TBA Suppressors released the Sicario, a monocore design that includes a quick detach system for easy cleaning.
