It probably won’t come as a surprise to anyone that the decision on which supplier that will deliver the next standard assault rifle for the German Army has reportedly been delayed once again.

The Firearm Blog probably has one of the most extensive online coverage available on the French Heckler & Koch HK416s, as well as their new SCAR-H PR, S&B Scope and Night/Thermal Vision.

Den of Thieves was released to movie screens in January of 2018. This was a while ago obviously but it has been on my brain’s watchlist for two years. Just a little bit ago it made its way onto Netflix and found itself on the top 10 movies currently on Netflix chunk of the streaming platform, so naturally, I had to watch it.

From 23 to 26 September 2019, the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Special Task And Rescue (STAR) Team held a weapons familiarization training exercise at the Mantin Shooting Range in Negeri Sembilan. Notably, the STAR team members were trained on their new Heckler & Koch HK416A5 assault rifles and SFP9 pistols for the first time ever.

Since the late 1990s, the Heckler & Koch G36 is the standard rifle of the German Bundeswehr.
