Adcor Defense Wins Beretta Lawsuit

Way back in July 2015, we reported that Adcor Defense had launched a lawsuit against Beretta USA for the use of proprietary information used in the development of the ARX-100. At the time the two companies had entered into an agreement for Adcor to produce components for 100,000 rifles but the deal fell apart and Adcor filed a suit for “damages for breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud, civil conspiracy and other claims.”

Adcor Defense MSR Polymer "Dust-Wipe" BCG

Adcor Defense has been teasing on their Facebook page their “Dust-Wiper” polymer bolt carrier group. Originally introduced in their BEAR rifles, the polymer cover assists with “wiping” dust and debris from the bolt carrier during cycling after the dust cover itself has been released.

Adcor Defense B.E.A.R GI (Gas Impingement)

Adcor Defense is now manufacturing a version of their Brown Enhanced Automatic Rifle (B.E.A.R) rifle that uses standard AR-15 direct gas impingement instead of a piston. The B.E.A.R GI is available with the same forward ambidextrous non-reciprocating charging handle as the piston model, or without it. The B.E.A.R GI Elite model comes with Magpul MOE furniture and a FN-manufactured barrel with M249 rifling. We do not have pricing information at this time.

ADCOR Defense BEAR

The ADCOR Defense BEAR (Brown Enhanced Automatic Rifle) is a very nifty new piston-operated AR-15 carbine. The piston is permanently attached to the bolt carrier (think AK-47) and it travels through a machined boss in the upper receiver, which prevents the problem of carrier tilt. The BEAR includes both the standard AR-15 rear charging handle and a forward, folding and non-reciprocating charging handle.
