TFB Review: CZ P-10 F Competition-Ready Pistol
The Model P-10 was CZ’s answer to the striker-fired, polymer-framed pistol market, and currently includes around nine different variations spread across four different letter designations. Other models include the C, S, and M designations, while the full-size CZ P-10 F features a longer grip to accommodate added magazine capacity, and no one in the competition market should balk at the extra half-inch of barrel length and sight radius of the CZ P-10 F Competition-Ready model. Due to the name “Competition-Ready” CZ didn’t want to stop there, so let’s take a look at what this model has to offer.
New CZ P-10 F Competition Pistol: Long Slide, Optics Ready, HB Trigger
CZ-USA has just announced another new version of their P-10 pistol, the CZ P-10 F Competition. Earlier today, CZ-USA released a concealed carry version of the P-10 pistol as well. The CZ P-10 F Competition model was designed with, of course, competitors in mind, and features a longer slide, and thus a longer sight radius, and comes optics ready. The P-10 F Competition also features a titanium nitride coated five-inch barrel that has a slightly wider chamber to accommodate a wide variety of ammunition. CZ-USA’s description can be seen below.
TFB EXCLUSIVE: Pre-Production Development of The CZ P-10 C – Part 3
The CZ P-10 family has grown. CZ started with P-10 C and decided to expand the family to cover both subcompact and full-size guns. The CZ P-10 C is called a compact gun, but I like to consider it less than full size. It is bigger than a Glock 19, with a longer grip. It doesn’t quite fall into the category of a compact pistol in my opinion. I won’t lie, I do wish there was a slightly shorter grip version of the P-10 C, similar to what FN did with the 509M. CZ knocked it out of the park with their other two guns. The CZ P-10 F and the CZ P-10 S. This new family did come with some significant changes.
