In celebration of its 20-year anniversary, renowned firearm accessories company, Mesa Tactical, is expanding its product line with innovative additions specifically designed for the Beretta 1301. This announcement has spurred immense interest among firearm owners and enthusiasts keen on upgrading and optimizing their gear.

Adding to the list of available accessories for the Beretta 1301 is the newest offering from Mesa Tactical – the Truckee forend. This M-LOK equipped forend is made from 6000 series aluminum, and high-temperature glass-filled nylon polymer end caps for durability, and provides the shooter with easy installation and removal for routine maintenance. If you’re looking for an easy way to start adding lights, lasers, and other attachments to your favorite semi-auto shotgun – the Truckee seems like a good place to start.

The Beretta 1301 shotgun has been the talk of the town over the last year or so with a massive increase in popularity across the board. However, for a lot of people, buying their 1301 is just the first step, a lot of people want to mount optics, want extended tubes, or shotshell caddies. Mesa Tactical is here to fulfill two of those wants/needs at the same time with their new Beretta 1301 compatible SureShell shotshell carrier featuring an integrated Trijicon RMR reflex sight mount.

Mesa Tactical, that California expat company now located in Reno, Is known for law enforcement- and home defense-ready upgrades for long guns. My first experience with their gear was installing their Sureshell shell carrier/rail combo on my Remington 870 Tactical shotgun. Installation was laborious, but it’s held up well and has been so handy in terms of keeping shells at hand for speedy reloads as well as offering plenty of Pic rail for the various sighting components I’ve tried over time. It was with enthusiasm that I accepted Mesa Tactical’s offer to test the Gen II version of their LEO Stock Kit.

Mesa Tactical continues to expand its accessory options for shotguns, particularly for the Beretta 1301 and Benelli M2. New for 2023, the Truckee forend is now available for M2 and 1301 shooters.

Nevada-based Mesa Tactical have introduced their latest shell carrier combined with an RMR mount. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, which is then anodized, the carrier can hold four or six shells and comes mounted with a Trijicon RMR. The mount is available for Remington, Mossberg, Beretta and Benelli tactical shotguns and has an MSRP ranging from $93 to $115.

Mesa Tactical is known for their wide range of shotgun accessories. Their Sureshell carrier has become the de facto standard sidesaddle mount for most law enforcement shotguns. It features a picatinny top rail that has been used with tube-style red dots and EOtechs.

Mesa Tactical has introduced the second generation of their LEO shotgun stock and grip adapters. The first LEO Gen II model is designed for Remington V3 semi-auto shotgun. The general concept is the same as in the first generation LEO adapters – the adapter replaces the stock of the shotgun and provides attachment points for AR-15 pistol grips and buffer tubes. However, the design has been refined and Gen II incorporates some modifications.

Mesa Tactical is known for their tactical shotgun accessories for both range enthusiasts and law enforcement, and they expanded on that at SHOT Show 2019. They are now offering an M-LOK forend for the highly popular Benelli M4. This definitely fills a void by allowing shooters to more easily add accessories such as grips and flashlights to their duty or defense shotgun.

Add another company to the great California exodus, this time it’s the shotgun accessory makers at Mesa Tactical. They recently announced that they’re leaving the state of Commiefornia for their neighbors Nevada. They’ve cited California’s draconian gun laws and high cost of living as the main reasons for their departure. Mesa Tactical started in 2003 in Costa Mesa, California the same city Armalite started shop in. They’re now going to be headquartered in Reno, Nevada.

Mesa Tactical is known for high quality scattergun accessories that focus on being both functional and rugged. And although the trusty Remington 870 receives a lot of attention from Mesa, they have released a new carrier for Mossberg shotgun owners everywhere.

If you’re like me and enjoy having various accessories for your shotguns, you might be interested in the newest addition from Mesa Tactical. Their new item is called the SureShell Shotshell Carrier and is just what it sounds like, a holder for shotshells on your shotgun. Mesa Tactical has been manufacturing accessories and gear like this for the law enforcement and military communities for some time now, and that same attention to quality and tactical usefulness is put into their products for the civilian market as well.

The mostly shotgun accessary company Mesa Tactical, based out of California is partnering up with Beretta USA to bring their popular Urbino pistol grip stock to the 1301 line of tactical shotguns. This is an interested development because previously the 1301 was not offered with a pistol grip stock, but a more traditional in line stock. In addition, Mesa Tactical is a comparably small company to Beretta, and having some of their components on the market with Beretta firearms could really push them out of the current area they in right now as a small company, in a good way.
