At SHOT Show 2023, KNS Precision released a new adjustable gas regulator for FN SCAR rifles and pistols dubbed DiSCARder. This is a drop-in and a toolless adjustable gas regulator with 14 settings. It has a nickel boron and nitrided finish on its components for high corrosion resistance. The DiSCARder is compatible with all models, calibers and barrel lengths of SCARs with the exception of the 7.5″ barreled 5.56 pistol.

KNS Precision brought two new products to SHOT Show 2020 – an adjustable aperture rear sight for AK rifles and an aluminum grip/lower for Galil ACE. Let’s take a closer look.

You just bought a Glock, and let’s face it, those plastic factory Glock sights are flat out embarrassing. Plastic sights on a metal slide just don’t make a whole lot of sense, and they are definitely nothing to write home about. When it comes time to upgrade those sights there are two things you may want to consider: Suppressors and Red Dot Sights (RDS).

KNS Precision came up with another simple yet ingenious product. This time it is a system of bipod feet adapters that they showcased at SHOT Show 2019. This system is called SNAPFOOT. It represents a set of leg and feet adapters that allow making Harris, Atlas and Magpul bipod feet cross-compatible.

It was probably halfway through the second magazine that the new gun butterflies started to wear off.  The jarring over gassed recoil, combined with the massive concussion that comes with having a short 12.5in barrel, was enough to make me want to put the gun back in the bag and go home.  For the past three years I’d been shooting almost all of my rifles suppressed. Combine this with a cramped indoor range and shooting this rifle was borderline intolerable. I’d also gone a step further on my AR pattern rifles and added adjustable gas carriers.  All of that customization lead to easy to shoot suppressed rifles. Something I was desperately missing.

SIG MPX/MCX stocks have become a popular accessory not only for the SIG firearms but for other guns, too. There are multiple different adapters designed for these stocks such as those made by JMac Customs. Recently, KNS Precision has announced that they now make a similar adapter for AR-15 buffer tube replacement.

This cool little accessory that we reported about from SHOT Show 2018 is now available for purchase. The Switchsight is a set of folding iron sights designed for handguns. The development of this sight system is the result of the collaboration of KNS Precision and  Dead Air Silencers. Let’s take a closer look.

It was less than a year ago, at  SHOT Show 2018 when Wolf Ammunition officially introduced the legendary 9x39mm Soviet/Russian cartridge to the US market. Although it is a really interesting and capable round, there are not too many firearms made in this caliber yet because there are several obstacles such as getting the dimensions of the cartridge (as of now, its drawing can’t be found in SAAMI or CIP standards), finding proper barrel blanks, ordering custom reamers and gauges and so on. However, as you have guessed from the title of this article, there are people in the industry who despite the mentioned issues managed to build firearms chambered in 9x39mm.

During the SHOT Show 2018, KNS Precision has introduced the second generation of their AR15/M16 Spade Grip. As the name implies, it is a spade grip conversion for the AR-15 type rifles. The Spade Grip installs on an AR-15 rifle with removed pistol grip and links the trigger back to the spade grip.

KNS Precision has a different approach in making the AK gas system adjustable. The most frequently seen way is to design an adjustable gas block. What makes the KNS Precision solution different is that they have incorporated the gas system adjustability into the gas piston design!
