Slimline 9mm pistols have been all the rage over the last few years. One of the first to the market, however, was Kahr Arms. Regardless of when you enter the game, you need to evolve to survive. As we begin the month of June we have made it into our 8th edition of the Reader’s Choice Awards! For June, we want you all to vote on the “BEST Sub-Compact Striker Fired Pistol.” We will later define for our voting what a Sub-Compact actually is in our eyes, but for now, we want to see a barrage of comments, arguments, and possibly compliments to people’s suggestions of what is the “BEST Sub-Compact Striker Fired Pistol.”

The Kahr Arms Group has collaborated with Outlaw Ordnance to produce a limited run of a one-of-a-kind Desert Eagle 1911. This 1911 is emblazoned with a special cerakote finish, custom features and is being dubbed the “We The People” Desert Eagle 1911 CSS.

Kahr Arms announced the company partnered with Gallery of Guns to introduce a pair of new compact pistols finished with a Desert Tan frame and a Cerakote Patriot Brown finish on the slide.

Kahr Arms, a small-arms manufacturer whose founder started the company based on his personal belief that the carry guns available were lacking in both construction and features, is now offering a new color of pistol. The company has partnered with Davidson’s on the pistol which is a double-action, semi-auto, micro-compact chambered in .380 ACP. The gun is called the CW3833CG and is a limited edition offering.

According to Shelley at Gun Nuts Media, Kahr Arms will be offering two pistols with purple frames. The CW9 and CW380. These will be exclusive to Davidson’s

Kahr Arms is adding a 9mm to the affordable line of CT pistols.  The CT9 joins the CT40 and CT45 to complete the series of affordable pistols.  At an introductory price of $369, with a coupon for a free magazine it truly is a budget pistol.  One thing of note, the press release below lists the weight as 20.6lbs loaded.  I suspect that it is a case of a mis-placed period and weighs 2.06lbs fully loaded.

Kahr Arms continues to expand on their line of pistols, introducing the CT45 (officially the CT4543) at the SHOT Show this year.  The CT45 is a full-size frame, single stack pistol, dubbed a “value priced” .45 ACP.  Though it may be “value priced” the CT45 still features Kahr’s seven patents and slim single stack design.

Kahr Arms announced on the company website that shipping will be delayed on the CW380 and CM45 pistols.

At the 2013 Media Day I had the chance to put my hands on the new Kahr CW380, (Model #CW3833).  The CW380 is a nice compact handgun developed to fill the void in the CW series of pistols for the .380 caliber cartridge.  Previously Kahr had made the CW9 and CW40 in corresponding calibers.  Like its bigger brothers in the CW line, the CW380 has a polymer frame with a 416 stainless steel slide, and uses a single stack magazine to keep the pistol extremely slim.  Here are a list of the other CW380 specifications:
