New Browning BAR Mk3 DBM Freefloated Handguard From Infitech
Love it or hate it, the Browning BAR Mk3 is still alive and kicking. The fairly simple multi-purpose semi-auto rifle is a popular choice for a lot of hunters and firearms enthusiasts and while it may not be the first BAR from Browning that comes to mind when you hear its name, it is at least more widely available. Infitech has just announced the addition of a new freefloated handguard for the Browning BAR Mk3 DBM rifle that still allows for gas block adjustments, and completely covers most of the barrel giving it a unique look for a 308 rifle. The Infitech Browning BAR Mk3 DBM Freefloated Handguard is available now for pre-order before units start shipping toward the end of the month.
New Product: Infitech Muzzle Thread Adapter
This product is perhaps not so sexy, but if and when you need it it’s going to be extremely useful. The main use I see is if you have a suppressor (or any other muzzle device) that you can use on several firearms that have different threads. Perhaps you can save a stamp or two? The new Infitech thread adapter has a 17mm wrench flat so you can mount and remove it easily. There are all sorts of thread combinations available, and I selected two as examples of useful combinations.
Infitech AR15 Handguard Adapter for Ruger PC Carbine
Infitech have developed a new AR15 Handguard Adapter for the Ruger PC Carbine. Why not just buy the chassis model directly from Ruger some will say, but the issue is that in many countries the only version that is legal (for hunting) is the Non-Restricted 18″ Ruger PCC. So the only possibility to put an AR15 handguard is to use an adapter.
Browning Bar Match/FN FNAR Free-Floating Handguard from Infitech
The Browning Bar Match/FN FNAR is a fairly popular semi-automatic hunting rifle in some countries where hunting with AR10s may be forbidden. I happen to own one, and I swear every time I have to clean and take it apart as it’s a pretty complicated and time-consuming job. Then I start to think how much Browning charged for the magazines. Other than that, it’s a pretty good hunting rifle, a lot of hunters use it for wild boar. Mine’s very accurate as well, 3 shots hole-in-hole at 80 yards is not an issue with hunting ammunition.
