Lorry Driver Caught Smuggling Guns into the UK
A Czech lorry/truck driver has been arrested by British police for attempting to smuggle a cache of illegal semi-automatic pistols into the UK from Europe. The suspect was arrested by UK Border Force officers in Killingholme, in Lincolnshire.

POTD: Two Kochs One Mouth
I came across this photo a while ago without any context. From the photo it appears to be two Kochs MP5s with elongated muzzle devices on the end of the barrel while the person in the photo has pierced his cheeks with them.
Orbital ATK and Heckler & Koch Settle XM25 Lawsuit
Orbital ATK and Heckler & Koch have reached a settlement in their lawsuit which saw ATK sue the German firearms giant for $27 million. The case was filed in early 2017, with ATK demanding compensation for the failure of Heckler & Koch to deliver 20 XM25 prototypes. The two companies had worked together on the US Army’s XM25 Counter Defilade Target Engagement (CDTE) System. ATK had developed the weapon’s ammunition, optics, and fire control system, while Heckler & Koch designed the weapon. The Army subsequently cancelled the contract with Orbital ATK in April 2017.
Heckler & Koch Offer Limited Edition G11 Space Force Hat
Ever since the formation of a dedicated US military Space Force was announced by President Trump back in March the internet has been having its fun. Facebook, Reddit and the forums have been awash with Space Force jokes and memes. Many jokingly suggested Heckler & Koch’s legendary G11 caseless ammunition firing assault rifle would be the new force’s ideal weapon. Affectionately known by many as ‘Kraut Space Magic’ it seems an ideal choice. Our very own Nathaniel F included the G11 in his top 5 rundown of best guns for the Space Force.
French Police Adopt Heckler & Koch UMP
Two of France’s national police forces the Police Nationale and the Gendarmerie Nationale are set to adopt the Heckler & Koch UMP. Following an request for information in 2017 a contract, worth 3.2 million Euros, will see the police and gendarmerie replace a plethora of older weapons.
Tom Bostic's US Made T36 (HK G36) Receiver
You all know about the H&K G36. For all the good and bad out there about the gun, it is very difficult for US Citizens to have a G36. Well Tom Bostic of Tommy Built is not only making G36s for the masses, he is making pistol G36s with his own injection molded receivers called the T36.

Review: H&K MARK23 The Civilian Version MK23 SOCOM
Many of you may be familiar with the H&K USP but did you know it has a bigger sibling and they were developed at the same time? In the early 1990s US SOCOM needed a new service pistol. They held the Offensive Handgun Weapon System trials. Only Colt and H&K participated. The Colt OHWS failed the trials which let the door wide open for H&K to submit their entry the MK23MOD0. It won the contract and H&K makes a civilian version called the MARK23.
