POTD: German Snipers With G22A2s and RS9s

Please join me in appreciating today’s Photo Of The Day. I’m sure you’ll appreciate the photo more than these German snipers appreciated the situation, with a broken back and wet, ice-cold feet.

Welcome to the Jungle - Zero Compromise Optics ZC527 Jaguar

It is time for another project from German GunWorks, the Zero Compromise Optics ZC527 Jaguar. The basis for this rifle is a Haenel RS9 long-range rifle in .338 Lapua Magnum. It’s important to take care of the layer thickness of the new coating so that tolerances can be kept.

Neither of the times was it fully finished, but I kept in contact with the owner of the company Mr. Leitermann to make sure that we could see the end result.

German GunWorks' exceptional G29 VIPER Project – Haenel RS9 in .338 LM

I really want to Ceracote some of my rifles, but I lack the courage to commit and I keep changing my mind in terms of which rifle to start with and which pattern to paint it in. Too many choices, too difficult to back off the wrong choice and of course, the cost of the project itself has refrained me from ordering.
