Battle Arms Development (BAD) came to NRA 2018 with a handful of new items designed for form, versatility, and function as well as being aesthetically pleasing. George Huang, owner and CEO of BAD spent some time with TFB going over the assortment of AR and Glock accessories his company displayed at the show.

FJ Feddersen has been in the barrel manufacturing business for almost 40 years. Located in East Tennessee since 2000, the manufacturing facility features top-of-the-line machinery. Mills, lathes, CNC machines, heat-treating ovens, and more fill the 17,500 square foot shop floor.

Lantac had a bunch new parts at the 2018 SHOT Show, including their Bolt Action AR-15 BCG. Customized Glocks are all the rage right now and Lantac had a new line of custom Glock 19 and 17 parts on display.

While Adam S. covered the BCGs and AR barrels made by Faxon, he did not mention the Glock barrel nor Faxon’s AR upper receiver.

I came across the concept of the Miami Glock Barrels in an online conversation with an LEO from Miami. He had mentioned “Miami Glock Barrel” in his conversation and I had no idea what he was talking about. Miami Police Department partnered with Glock to intentionally have a groove in the rifling of the barrel so that bullets fired by their police officers can later be identified.
