The Henry Big Boy Carbine series of rifles is one of the best options for those who like to shoot or hunt with these popular lever action rifles. However, the standard sights that come on the Henry Big Boy Carbines can leave a shooter with a sub-optimal sighting solution and that’s why XS Sights is proud to introduce their new Henry Big Boy Carbine Ghost Ring Sights for the .357 Magnum and .44 Magnum variants of the rifle. These ghost ring sights will feature fully adjustable windage and elevation, adding much-needed flexibility to the platform.

Ghost ring sights are a great way to get faster target acquisition on almost any platform. Midwest Industries has introduced a new series of Marlin ghost ring sights and rails that can integrate seamlessly with the Marlin 1894 and 1895 platforms. In addition to adding the ghost ring sights, the rig also adds in Picatinny rail mounting options that provide a co-witness with the ghost rings.

Ghost ring sights are something I’ve always been curious about but never actually had the chance to mess around with – that is until recently when AMERIGLO sent me a pair of Glock Ghost Ring Sights that were compatible with the Glock 17/19 platform. I picked these particular sights as I don’t see them quite often and I was honestly morbidly curious if they offered any significant advantages or disadvantages over traditional three-dot or notch and post sights. For reference, I picked a pair of AMERIGLO GL-325 Ghost Ring Sights and used them on a Glock 19 Gen 4 pistol.
