At SHOT Show 2024, Fierce Firearms unveiled a new addition to their lineup: the Carbon Razor rimfire rifle. This precision-crafted firearm combines Fierce’s highly regarded C3 Carbon barrel and an all-carbon Razor rimfire stock, with a stainless steel action engineered for reliability and accuracy.

Fierce Firearms have released a new 45-caliber bolt action muzzleloading rifle called  Carbon MZ PRO which is an improved version of their previous muzzleloaders. In bolt action muzzleloaders, the ignition element of the system (in this case Arrowhead GEN 2 LRMP ignition module) is inserted and removed via a turn bolt action but the propellant and projectile are loaded into the barrel through the muzzle. The company guarantees sub-MOA accuracy for this firearm and notes that this is the most deadly accurate muzzleloader ever produced at Fierce Firearms. Based out of Redmond, Utah, Fierce Firearms has been hard at work developing new models of its most successful rifles. Fierce Firearms has introduced a new lighter-weight version of their Reaper bolt action rifle dubbed MTN Reaper. The lightest configuration of the MTN Reaper rifle (short action with 18″ barrel) weighs 5.8lbs. The weight reduction is achieved by using a titanium action, magnesium alloy chassis, carbon fiber wrapped barrel as well as carbon fiber stock and handguard.

Fierce Firearms, a company mostly known for making precision bolt-action rifles, has entered the shotgun market by introducing the Mayhem FX semi-auto shotgun. The company markets this as a hunting shotgun that will allow you to “reach out for waterfowl at longer range”. Let’s see what features are offered in this new Fierce Firearms shotgun.

Fierce Firearms has released a new flagship version of their Rival bolt action rifle called CT Rival. The new rifle features a carbon fiber stock and titanium action which reduce the overall weight making it “the lightest hard-working rifle in the Fierce lineup” as described by Fierce Firearms. Depending on the caliber, CT Rival weighs 5.8 – 6.2 lbs which is 0.7 lbs less on both extremes of the weight range compared to the 6.5 – 6.9 lbs weight of standard Rival rifles. Fierce Firearms has released a new bolt action rifle called Carbon Fury. The rifle is designed to be extremely accurate and lightweight thanks to its custom action and extensive use of carbon fiber. The company advertises it as an “affordable carbon barrel long-range rifle“.

Earlier this week, Fierce Firearms sales manager Courtney Crane posted a video and photos of an catastrophic event that occurred while his friend (unnamed) was shooting a Remington 700 Ultimate Muzzleloader bolt action rifle. The event caused the complete destruction of the rifle, splitting the barrel like a banana peel and destroying the rifle’s stock. The shooter, unfortunately, was seriously injured, with shrapnel tearing through his hand in multiple places, requiring stitches and – likely – major surgery to repair. As of the time of this writing, it is not yet know what caused the catastrophic event. It is possible that the weapon was double-loaded (two charges and projectiles stacked together), causing excessive pressure, but that is not confirmed.
