Croatian Man Turns in His Entire Arsenal Over to the Police
Spotted a few days ago on Twitter via user @Progrockfarmer, we saw an entire arsenal being turned in by a Croatian citizen. As you can see from the picture above, the man had quite the armory at his disposal and it is far more than just a handful of rifles and a boatload of ammo. This man’s personal weapons cache also featured artillery rounds, hand grenades, belt-fed machine guns, and much more.

ATF Posts PSA on Exploding Targets
Dated from May 29th, the BATFE has posted a PSA from the National Explosives Task Force (NATF) on the use of binary targets. As often shown on YouTube and other public outlets, the inappropriate use of these substances can create dangerous fragmentation when contained improperly.
PSA: Respect Binary Explosives – They Can and Will (Try To) Kill You
I’ll admit it, I am completed enthralled with binary explosves like Tannerite. Having said that, I use them with extreme caution, typically on sanctioned ranges under good conditions at minimum safe distances. Those that do not heed the warnings risk life and limb.
Stackable Grenades: Hooah!
The U.S. Army is testing out a new type of hand grenade being referred to as stackable, although the actual connectivity brings to mind the methods used to connect cylindrical Legos. They’re called the Scalable Offensive Hand Grenade, and they far out-perform the standard fragmentation grenade. It’s their connectivity giving them this ability: soldiers can simply connect – or “stack” – the grenades one atop the other, creating chains up to three in length. And, of course, with each connection comes greater firepower.
How to Detonate Explosives the Peshmerga Way
According to their laws, the Iraqi Army isn’t allowed to enter Iraqi Kurdistan. Because of that they have the Peshmerga, the military forces who provide security for that region. “Peshmerga” literally translates as “one who confronts death” and these soldiers are fairly fearsome warriors with a history extending back thousands of years. As for the role they’ve played in the Iraq war, well, peshmerga soldiers played key roles in the capture of Saddam Hussein and also captured Hassan Ghul, the al-Qaeda member who led our own troops to Osama bin Laden’s personal messenger; it was a pivotal moment along the way to the terrorist’s death. Today peshmerga soldiers are battling it out against ISIS, and when they recently came across a vehicle booby-trapped with 50 kilos of explosives they decided to handle it their own way.
