If you’re a daily reader here I’m sure you remember Håkan Spuhr’s Custom Luger, a quite extensive article on all the work that has been put into the project so far.

Over the last few weeks one of my favorite Youtubers MattV2099 started posting videos about his new Hi-Point, that got me started down the Google rabbit hole. I ended up with the search terms “custom hi-point” in my search bar, I was not disappointed.

It should be no secret that I am a fan of customizing and personalizing weapons. You own it, so you should make it uniquely yours.

At the risk of starting a religious war, today I want to write about custom handgun modifications. I am of the mindset that once I have bought something, it is mine. I also believe that most things bought “off the shelf” are a great starting point, but rarely the final product I want to live with. That said, I like modifications to look “stock”, as if the product came from the factory that way.
