New Glock 43x/48 Perfect Fit PROComp from Backup Tactical
The Glock 43X and 48 have been some of the most popular carry guns as of late, often considered some of the best options on the market among other carry pistols of the same class like the SIG P365, Springfield Hellcat, and the S&W Shield Plus. Pretty much all of these handguns, save for the latest iteration of the SIG P365, are nice and compact, and have a higher capacity than previous generations of carry pistols, but somewhat suffer in the recoil department simply because of the reduced weight. Compensators are one way to improve the recoil characteristics without really sacrificing much in the concealment department and that’s why Backup Tactical is proud to introduce their newest Perfect Fit PROComp, this time for the Glcok 43X and Glock 48.
Florida Man Comps a Glock – Backup Tactical Glock Perfect Fit PROComp
Infamous Florida Man, aftermarket parts producer and firearms enthusiast Jason from Backup Tactical, has just given us a first look at his new Glock Perfect Fit PRO Comp. The new addition to the PROComp line follows the same design language as the previously released SIG 320 Perfect Fit PROComp – it’s meant to not just work as an effective compensator but also contour to and match the already existing lines on your handgun, making it look cool too.
Strike Industries Strike X-Comp Muzzle Devices and Adapters
Strike Industries recently released their new line of muzzle devices in the new Strike X-Comp lineup capable of fitting on multiple firearms in multiple calibers without purchasing an additional compensator. The new X-Comp line features three different muzzle devices, each designed for a specific use, and a full line of thread adapter kits that can convert your threaded barrel to fit the Strike X-Comp or M18X1 RH threaded muzzle devices on virtually any firearm.
Strike Industries Mass Driver Now Available for Gen5 Glocks
Strike Industries is based in California. The restrictions in that hell ho…state have given inspiration to the company for many products that would otherwise not be allowed. Their Megafin was a massive help when running a featureless AR. Using their passion for innovation, the folks at Strike Industries also found a way to give people in restricted states access to pistol compensators. The Mass Driver, a compensator that doesn’t require a threaded barrel, is now available for Gen5 Glock pistols.
Ultradyne Pulse Muzzle Brake In 5.56, .308 Win, And .350 Legend
TFB has covered most of Ultradyne’s products thus far, but one that seems to have slipped through the cracks of the internet is the Ultradyne Pulse muzzle brake. I happened to find the Pulse while wading through the sea of muzzle devices and it caught my eye. Ultradyne has actually listed the Pulse for about a year, but it seems to go without much recognition. It’s currently rated for 23 different calibers between the .223, .308, and .350 options, and also accommodates Ultradyne’s muzzle device mounted front sight product. You can find Ultradyne’s description and specifications of the Pulse muzzle brake below:

HOT GAT or FUDD CRAP? Fett's Blaster or Fanboy Disaster?
Welcome everyone to the 24th edition of ‘Hot Gat or Fudd Crap?’, one of our many series here on TFB. If you’re new to the series, this is where we look at the most obscure firearms that are actually for sale and ask the question – is this gat a sweet deal or only have fudd appeal? Each week the TFB staff weighs in with their thoughts, but readers get the final say in the poll at the bottom of each article.
TFB REVIEW: Strike Industries G4 SlideComp
I am not a pistol compensator kind of guy. Either I am shooting suppressed or I am carrying a stock pistol on my hip. And a “Roland Special” is a term that is akin to nails over a chalkboard for me – yes, I know the setup and its usefulness, however I just wish the combo didn’t have a call sign. Besides, this gunfighter setup requires a fair amount of customization, including a match grade, threaded KKM barrel and compensator. For those who can’t/won’t alter their carry pistol, Strike Industries has come up with an innovative compensator setup – the G4 SlideComp uses a recoil guide rod extension for mounting and no barrel modifications.
