A Ukrainian company called Black Storm Technology makes a variety of AK accessories. The company is mostly known for developing bullpup conversion kits for AK family of rifles. In this article, we’ll tell about the latest version of their bullpup kit called BS-4.

While doing a research in Russian online resources, I came across a small local company called Belyj Veter Stocks. Pavel, the owner of the company is also the designer of all the products they make. Perhaps the most significant one in their current product line is the aluminum chassis made for Blaser R8 rifles.

Sureshot Armament Group makes an aluminum chassis for short action Remington 700 rifles. Among many other features, the company specifically points out the light weight of the chassis. Here is how they describe it:

Sureshot Armament Group has introduced two new chassis systems for AK family of rifles. One of them is already available for preorder and the second one will hit the market later this year. The new chassis are designated as SAG AK MK2 and SAG AK MK3. Let’s take a look at each of them.

Among a wide variety of aluminum rifle chassis, Drake Associates also makes one for Savage A17 and A22 rimfire rifles. The chassis makes the mentioned rifles to be compatible with AR-15 grips and buffer tubes/stocks as well as provides M-LOK accessory mounting slots on the forearm.

Accurate Mag is a Connecticut-based precision rifle parts manufacturer that just recently introduced a new line of rifles, their Advanced Modular Sniper Rifle. Before we get into the new rifle, it must be mentioned this company is actually an OEM manufacturer of the Remington XM2010 Sniper Rifle for the U.S. Army. They had a number of their magazines at the booth, with “Remington” stamped on the baseplates. This is what all the Remington XM2010 rifles are coming issued with.

At SHOT Show 2018 McRees Precision has introduced a new bolt action rifle chassis for the Remington 700 barrelled action. Perhaps the most significant feature of this new chassis is that it is compatible with AR-15 handguards.

Miles starts by examining the Cadex M2 Cradle Mount, designed for the Browning M2. On inspection of the mount we see the zero gravity capability and the ease of use provided for manipulating the Browning M2. On top of the Browning we notice the Cadex Kolos mount integrating a recoil mitigation system and a powered ballistic reticle optic. In the Legacy Sports International booth at the 2018 SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range, Australian company Lithgow Arms brought out their precision rifle series dark horse, the LA105 Woomera. Based on the excellent Lithgow LA102 bolt action rifle platform, the LA105 features a custom American chassis from Kinetic Research Group. With a polymer exterior, the rifle combines the rigidity of an aluminum chassis with the good thermal characteristics of a polymer stock (read: your skin doesn’t stick to it in cold weather).

Beretta has recently added to their website a number of new accessories and parts for the APX pistol. Among the new products, there is a frame lacking the finger grooves, new sights and sight adjustment tool, competition recoil and striker springs, a light and a  holster. Let’s take a look at arguably the most interesting one of the mentioned products – the frame without finger grooves.

Australian rifle company Lithgow Arms has introduced a new rifle for the precision rifle shooting (PRS) market. Called the LA-105 Woomera (after an Australian aboriginal type of general purpose atlatl or spear thrower), it is based on the Lithgow Arms LA102 centerfire bolt action rifle, but further accurized and fitted with a Kinetic Research Group developed chassis that is similar to both the Whiskey-3 and X-Ray chassis. The chassis features a simpler stock like the X-Ray, but M-LOK mounting points on the forend similar to the Whiskey-3 and Bravo chassis.

FAB Defense has introduced a couple of new product prototypes during Arms & Hunting 2017 exhibition held in Moscow, Russia. One of them is a new handguard for the AK-47 type rifles and the second one is an SKS chassis. Both products are still in development and only the 3D printed prototypes were shown during the expo.

A company called Gungner makes a Ruger 10/22 chassis which transforms the good old plinker into a tactical looking AR15 style rig. The chassis utilizes Ruger 10/22 controls. You can see what look to be AR-15 controls, but these are “fake” ones just to make it look like an AR-15 for the sake of coolness. However, the GR22 is compatible with AR-15 stocks and pistol grips.

CAA has announced the upcoming release of the upgraded version of Micro-RONI chassis. The new version is called Micro-RONI Plus. It retains all the features of the previous model and adds some improvements. Let’s watch the CAA’s video introduction first.
