In today’s episode, we follow Miles to Shot Show 2018 and visit the Knight’s Armament booth.

A company called Armament (yes, simply Armament) manufactures an AR-15 buffer called L.A.R.B. (Linear Alignment Recoil Buffer). When you look at this buffer, you can immediately notice its enlarged tail portion. That allows having the second point of contact with the buffer spring and provides better alignment of the buffer and spring inside the buffer tube.

While barrels, receivers, handguards, and other parts have a huge amount of options, the often overlooked end-plate is getting some love from Griffin Armament. Other options often focus on various attachment methods, Griffin instead took a different approach putting form in front of function with their C2E  Contour Connect End Plate.

One of the biggest detractions I have had over suppressors has been their lack of modularity. Often, they are set for a specific thread pitch and/or caliber and one was forced to buy a new can for nearly every rifle if you always wanted to shoot suppressed.
