I got to shoot Adams Arms new .308 piston driven AR10 at the 2015 SHOT Show Range Day. They’re currently not for sale to the general public as of yet, they did do a preorder which filled up very quickly. The AR10 I got to fondle was their competition model which had an upgraded trigger, free float rail, muzzle brake and Luth AR fixed stock. It was pretty lightweight for being an AR10 and a piston AR10 at that (sorry I didn’t find out the total weight), and it ran very smoothly. Checkout AdamsArms.net for more info.

Rainer Arms has released their first complete .308 rifle, the RA-308. Outfitted with their UltraMatch billet receivers, the rifle comes complete with a corresponding 16″ (1/10″ twist) UltraMatch barrel (Shilen-blanks) and 14″ Switch .308 rail with continuous top rail and keymod slots on the sides and bottom. The lower receiver is flared for easier magazine insertion.

Aero Precision has released their long-awaited .308 receivers. The receivers are DPMS (Gen 1)-patterned. Both receivers are machined from forged 7075 t6 aluminum and then mil-spec anodized.
