I swung by Salient Arms International’s booth at SHOT Show to get a look at two new AR-15s they are bringing to market early this year. First up is the new SAI GRY-L, a more affordable version of their current GRY AR.

Having a folder on your AR-15 is nice, but the large downside to that is you can’t shoot it folded. The guys at Deadfoot Arms saw this as a large problem and came up with a solution that allows you to shoot an AR-15 with the stock folded. No other drop in solution exists for this problem, now your weapon is aways ready.

Magpul has announced Gen M3 PMAGs with 10 and 20 round capacity. The 20 round PMAG is shipping now and the 10 round PMAG will be on sale in the first quarter of next year. Both have an MSRP of $13.95. The timing of this announcement is unfortunate, something Magpul acknowledged on their Facebook page, but these products would have to have been in development for some time and this is not a knee-jerk reaction to recent events.
