[SHOT Show 2024] The Agency Arms/Riflespeed x Ronin Tactics Rifle
Agency Arms is entering the AR market in 2024 and alongside their sister companies Riflespeed and Cloud Defensive, they’ve designed a custom rifle for Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics. This AR has a newly designed version of the Cloud Defensive COR rail that has step down section at the front to lower a laser aiming module out of the view of the optic. It also has a cutout window to allow access to a special version of the Riflespeed adjustable gas block. Some of these features will also be on the standard Agency Arms rifle, but not all of them! As you can imagine, Hop is devastated.
Nighthawk Custom VIP Agent 2 Limited Edition Pistol
Nighthawk Custom, in collaboration with Turnbull Restoration and Agency Arms, have introduced a limited edition deluxe 1911 pistol called VIP Agent 2. The color case hardened frames and mammoth ivory grips make the appearance of each VIP Agent 2 pistol unique, as this centuries-old hardening/finishing technique and the fossil material always result in different patterns. The company describes this pistol as “a unique combination of old-world finishing techniques and modern machining, creating a true 21st century heirloom piece!“.
Agency Arms A.O.S. – Agency Optic System
Agency Arms is well known for their Glock modifications. They have just expanded their customization with their AOS. The Agency Optic System is a modular optic mounting system for attaching micro red dots onto Glocks.
Upcoming Protection Course With Alexander Global Strategies
This week I am taking Law Enforcement Protective Operations with Alexander Global Strategies (AGS). The Alliance Police Range is hosting AGS in Alliance, OH. While I enjoy a good rifle or CQB course, protection courses can also be extremely beneficial. Whether going to the mall with our family or taking our significant other on a trip out of state, having an understanding of the skills protection agents utilize can enhance our planning and awareness. This is a 5 day course with a full day training scenario on the last day.
TNVC Night Fighter: Armed Professional
I will be attending TNVC’s Night Fighter: Armed Professional at the Alliance Police Training Facility. This course is designed to increase the student’s night vision skillsets during real world operations. The course will be a combination of some live fire and some simunition engagements with evolutions covering team movement, communication, movement to target, stealth search and contact, target discrimination, vehicles, and CBRN integration. The course is for armed professionals who already possess a basic understanding of low-light/ no-light operation and is a restricted course for active duty Military, Law Enforcement, Security Personnel, and highly vetted civilians.
[SHOT 2018] Agency Arms Event With Kalashnikov USA & Nighthawk
I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Agency Arms event out at the Las Vegas Pro Gun Club. There were some other manufacturers there letting invitees to shoot some of their guns along with a selection of Agency Arms’ line of pistols.
[SHOT 2018] FN15 Pistol by FN America
AT the Shot Show Range Day, FN American was showing of some of their latest guns. They have the FN two tone FDE/Black series FN15 out on the range.
Modular Magazine Release (MMR) for Glock Gen3 Pistols by Agency Arms and Sage Dynamics
As the title of this article suggests, this product is a result of the collaboration of Agency Arms and Sage Dynamics. It is called Modular Magazine Release (MMR) which is a pretty much self-explanatory name. The MMR consists of the main magazine release core and interchangeable buttons of different shapes and extension degrees over the frame.
Agency Arms Patents The 'Accelerator Cut'
Polymer framed pistol modifications have become big business in the last decade. Between stippling, reductions, finger groove removal and other alterations, framework can cost upwards of $500. And if you add in slide milling for optics, added grip surfaces or just plain old beauty cuts, a complete pistol that normally costs $500 can end up pushing the $2K mark. So it’s no surprise that the larger custom houses like Agency Arms have begun to protect their designs through the use of patents.
POTD: Landers, Kevin Landers
Kevin Landers of Kevin Landers Media, took this photo for Agency Arms. As you can see it evokes a James Bond 007 theme. The handgun is the new M&P by Agency Arms. It is sporting an RMR and a prototype suppressors coming soon.
Agency Arms M&P, Latest Glock Packages | SHOT 2017
Agency Arms is very well known for the custom Glock jobs that the company offers, both as a product in and of itself and as a service for customers sending their handguns in. At SHOT 2017 Agency Arms displayed some of their work on M&P full size handguns at the Brownells booth. Currently the company appears to just be working on the older M&P, but with the release of the 2.0, it looks like Agency will have to begin work on offering custom packages on that platform as well. The modifications involves a gratuitous amount of stippling, suppressor height sights, various lightening cuts, reflex sight cut out, custom trigger (not sure which drop in), and added slide serrations for ease of operation. It appears that Agency wants to go slow on the M&P with the amount of modifications before actually delving in and completely altering the handgun like they are very fond of doing to a large number of Glocks that bear the Agency name.
TFBTV: Stock Glock, Salient Arms, Agency Arms Compared
Miles takes a look at the rise of highly customized Glock handguns and how it has become an interesting niche in the modern day firearms market. Two companies in particular stand out, Salient Arms International, and Agency Arms. Both companies customize the handguns sent to them, that they barely resemble the original Glocks they once were. We also have a standard Glock 22 that has been user customized in an effort to compare it to the Salient and Agency handguns.
POTD: Jumping The Glock (Shark)
Looks like this was probably done as a joke. I see a rather tricked out Glock that appears to be done by Agency Arms. It has an RMR mounted to the slide and is holstered in a Crye Precision holster. The Glock has a threaded barrel with the Tuff Products railed muzzle brake. Nathan S. wrote an article about it. Then they added an Aimpoint micro and angled foregrip.
