The Ruger Precision rifle is a great host for various optics. In this Photo Of The Day, it’s carrying the brand new Pulsar Thermion DUO DXP50. So what’s so cool about this digital optic? It looks like a normal riflescope, but it combines a 4K daylight camera with a powerful thermal sensor.
New Pulsar Thermion Duo DXP50: 4k Full-Color Daytime + Thermal Riflescope
Pulsar has released the new Thermion Duo DXP50, their first multispectral hunting riflescope. The new riflescope combines the effectiveness of thermal imaging detection at any time of the day, with the comfort of full-color daytime observation. The Thermion Duo DXP50 is based on the same components as Pulsar’s flagship thermal imaging riflescope Thermion 2 XP50 Pro, which we recently reviewed here (LRF version).
Stealth Cam 4K Series
Stealth Cam has a new series of trail cameras called the 4K Series. As the name suggests, these new cameras will record 4K resolution video. At launch, there is one camera in the series, though I expect we will see follow on products shortly. After all, 4K is the next big “thing” in the consumer video world.
